We start by spending time with you to understand what you do and where you want to be. We’ll discuss the ideal customer you want more of and the products and services you want to be famous for. Reviewing the marketing you’ve done before is also a critical part of the workshop. This all acts as inspiration and helps us develop a strategy that completely suits your business model, budget and resources.
We then produce a tailor made strategy and send it to you to review in your own time. It will set out how we think you should attract customers and the marketing and PR tools you should use. It may also suggest adjustments to your business model if we deem it nessesary to further your marketing success. What we want to identify is the best way to spend your resources and time so you get a good return on investment.
Then we can meet for coffee at our studio to discuss your strategy so you are confident to move on to the next stage of making it happen!
